Yuva Computer Saksharata Mission (YCSM) is an educational and skill development organisation committed to providing affordable and quality computer education through its authorised training centres.

YCSM is an independent educational organisation. MSME Registration, ISO Certification or any other registration should not be interpreted as Government ownership or Government recruitment.

Yuva Computer Saksharata Mission has been providing computer education and vocational training since 2012.

YCSM offers various computer education and skill development courses including Basic Computer, DCA, ADCA, PGDCA, Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, Programming, Accounting and other vocational training programmes. Course availability may vary from one authorised centre to another.

Students, job seekers, working professionals, homemakers and any individual interested in computer education may apply, subject to the eligibility criteria of the selected course.

There is generally no fixed upper age limit. However, certain specialised programmes may have specific eligibility requirements.

Admissions are generally open throughout the year. However, batch schedules, examination dates and seat availability depend upon the respective authorised training centre.

Study materials, notes and practical resources may be provided depending upon the selected course and centre policy.

Students should normally complete their course from the authorised training centre where admission has been taken unless otherwise approved by the Head Office.

Everything you need to know regarding admission, registration, examination, result, certificate and student services.

You can take admission through any authorised YCSM Training Centre by submitting the required documents along with the prescribed admission fee.

Generally the following documents may be required:
  • Passport Size Photograph
  • Aadhaar Card or other valid ID Proof
  • Educational Qualification Proof
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID (if available)
Additional documents may be requested depending upon the selected course.

Registration Number is issued after successful verification and approval of your admission by the Head Office.

Student ID Cards are generated after successful registration. Contact your authorised training centre for collection or download (if available).

Admit Cards become available before the scheduled examination after fulfilling all academic and administrative requirements.

Depending upon the course, examinations may include written, practical, viva voce and project-based assessment.

Results can be checked through the official Result Portal using your Registration Number or Roll Number whenever declared.

Every genuine YCSM Certificate contains verification details. Verification should always be done through the official YCSM Verification Portal.

Yes. Duplicate Certificates may be issued subject to verification of records, prescribed procedure and applicable service charges.

Corrections may be permitted after verification of supporting documents. Requests should be submitted through the concerned authorised training centre.

You may apply online through the official Apply Franchise page or contact the Head Office. Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee franchise approval.

Any eligible individual, educational institution, organization or entrepreneur fulfilling the prescribed requirements may apply. Approval remains subject to verification and Head Office approval.

Normally a franchise centre should have:
  • Minimum required computer systems
  • Proper classroom facilities
  • Electricity & Internet
  • Printer & Scanner
  • Student seating arrangement
  • Clean learning environment
Infrastructure requirements may change from time to time.

Approval time depends upon document verification, inspection (where applicable) and administrative processing.

Yes. Applications may be declined if eligibility, documentation or other prescribed requirements are not fulfilled.

Yes. Operational guidance and ERP usage support may be provided after successful approval.

Student admissions may begin only after completion of franchise activation and receipt of official authorisation from YCSM.

The Franchise Wallet is used for various authorised ERP services such as student processing and other applicable services as notified by YCSM.

Renewal can be completed before expiry by complying with applicable renewal requirements and payment of prescribed renewal charges, if any.

Yes. YCSM reserves the right to suspend or terminate a franchise in accordance with the Franchise Agreement and applicable policies in cases of serious policy violations or contractual breaches.
